Vegan Banana Bread

So easy, even the kids can make it!
Ingredients

Gluten Free Co Banana Bread Mix

Sweet William Baking Chocolate Chips – 50g (a bit more will be fine)
100ml of oil (we used Rice bran)
100ml of water
250g of mashed banana
Directions
Preheat oven to 150 degrees bake function
Cut the chocolate chips into small pieces (optional)
In a mixing bowl, place the bread mix, olive oil, water and banana and mix thoroughly
Add the chocolate chips and mix throughout
Line a 20cm bread/loaf tin with baking paper
Pour mix into tin and place in the oven for 50 minutes
Oven temperatures vary so place a skewer 5 minutes either side of the baking time and remove once the skewer is no longer sticky
Allow to sit and cool and then remove from bake tin
Admire your creation, find a nice relaxing spot, sit down, eat and enjoy! (maybe with a slather of your favourite butter alternative)
