Lincoln Bakery Neutral Pastry Shells – 45mm
Cream Cheese – ¾ cup
Smoked salmon – approx. 60g
Capers – approx. 18
Salt & pepper to season
Fresh Dill – small fronds to use as a garnish
No work is required with the pastry shells. Simply open them and they’re ready to use.
Take 6 capers, cut and dice so they can be well mixed with cream cheese.
Use a fork to mush the smoked salmon into small flakes.
In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, diced capers and salmon. Mix well.
Add more salmon or cream cheese to your liking.
Add a small amount of salt and pepper and mix well.
Fill the pastry shells to the top. Place 1 caper and small dill fonds on top.
Admire your creation, find a nice relaxing spot, sit down, eat and enjoy!
