Ingredients
100g butter
90g golden syrup

250g Wholesome Breadmix
125g buckwheat groats

60g coconut
-
80g brown or coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons boiling water
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 fan-bake
Melt butter and syrup in a pot over a low heat until melted together
In a bowl, combine the Wholesome Breadmix, buckwheat groats, coconut and sugar.
Dissolve the baking soda in the boiling water in a small cup.
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Roll into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Leave room on the tray for the biscuits to spread. Gently press down each biscuit with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Store in an airtight container.
