Chicken Poppers with Sweet Chilli Dip

Juicy chicken breast covered in a flavoursome coating. So quick to make, even easier to eat!
Ingredients

1 packet Fogdog GF Shake & Bake Coating Mix
400g chicken breast
Rice bran oil for frying

1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp GF Worcester sauce

1 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1/4 tsp garlic and herb powder
Cracked black pepper
Sweet Chilli Dip
Directions
Cut your chicken into desired pieces.
In a reusable container with a lid add a reasonable amount of Fogdog Shake & Bake.
Dip the cut chicken in some water before adding it to the container with the mixture.
Pop on the container lid and shake until the chicken is fully coated.
In a non-stick pan, heat some rice bran oil on high. When hot, add your chicken pieces, placing one at a time.
Turn the heat down to medium/high and cook the chicken on each side for 2 minutes or until cooked through.
Combine all the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Serve on a plate with your dipping sauce. Enjoy!
