A simple pasta salad with bursts of fresh pineapple and a tart acidity from sun dried tomatoes. A perfect recipe to bring along to your next summer potluck.

Ingredients

500g Gluten Free Pasta Spirals
- 1.5 cups chopped ham
- 1.5 cup chopped pineapple pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
- 1 red onion, finely diced
1 heaped tsp Flaky Man Grind
- 1/2 cup aioli
- fresh basil
- 2 tbsp pickle juice or 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Cook Gluten Free Pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water. When cooked run under cold water to stop the cooking. Drain well
Add pasta to a large bowl with ham, pineapple, sundried tomatoes, pickles and onion.
Season with Man Grind and pour over aioli and pickle juice. Toss well until everything is coated and combine.
Add a small handful of chopped fresh basil.
