Gluten Free Raspberry Tiramisu
Fresh fruit, creamy custard and delicate savoiardi… you can’t go wrong here!
This delightfully easy recipe will bring the delectable taste of the forest fruits into your kitchen. Using our delicious and delicate savoiardi (also known as ladyfingers), combined with fresh raspberries and an oh so creamy custard this desert will bring pleasure to all who have the opportunity to try it. This gluten free tiramisù cake recipe is best enjoyed in the spring and the summer as a light and refreshing finish to your meals.
1 packet of Savoiardi
9g Mascarpone cheese
2 x egg whites
1ml white dessert wine or 1ml sugar water
Beat the egg whites until stiff, mix together the mascarpone and sugar, and carefully fold under the beaten egg whites.
Break up the Savoiardi coarsely and place them in 4 custard cups.
Wet the biscuits with the wine or the sugar water, then pour a layer of the crème and a layer of the raspberries into each cup.
In the same manner, repeat the process with additional layers until all the ingredients have been used up.
Chill for several hours in the refrigerator before serving.
