Quick, easy and delicious!
Ingredients
1 egg yolk
2 tbl water
100g oil or melted butter
-
300g or 2 1/4 cup Hunter Gatherer Gourmet Vanilla Baking Mix

Dark chocolate chips or broken up dark chocolate
Directions
Heat oven to 160 fan and line oven tray
Mix oil, egg yolk and water together
Add dry mix and combine
Add chocolate and mix
Roll into balls and press down onto baking tray
Bake for 10-15 min until set on top but still soft
