Pastry Shells can be filled and re-baked for 10-15 minutes in a moderate oven. Be sure not to over bake as this will result in a dryer, darkened product. Custard Fruit Tarts: Fill shell with egg custard, top with choice of fruit, glaze with a clear jelly mix. Mixed Nut Tarts: Melt honey and butter to boiling point to create a toffee like consistency. Mix through chopped nuts and scoop into shells.
