Our corn and potato based Mexican inspired wraps are best prepared in one of the following methods.
Note: Wraps will break if not heated as per instructions.
Sandwich Press: Lightly spay non-ribbed sandwich press with vegetable oil. Place tortilla on surface and close the lid. Open when steam begins to escape.
Microwave: Use a tortilla warmer or place tortilla in a covered microwave safe container. Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds per tortilla. Microwave ovens vary considerably, please adjust heating times if necessary.
Tips: Wrap filled wraps in cling wrap to maintain freshness for those daily lunches.
