Forest & Field honey is from the Kaimai Range, Te Miro Forest & the rolling pastures of Waikato.

The deep colour comes from the Rewarewa trees which has a caramel flavour.

This honey is great in cooking.

Matt & Maisie a husband & wife team. They are on a mission to harvest the unique flavors from Out of the Woods.

Matt started with one beehive on the lawn. His hobby got out of hand & now we have 300 beehives! In summer we take our hives on road trips all around NZ to get different types of honey!
